For your orders, please use an order form below. The voucher can be picked up free of charge at my studio in Koprivnice. Should you wish the voucher to be shipped by mail, do not forget to mention a different delivery address. The shipment fee within the Czech Republic is €2 for a registered letter. The voucher will be shipped as soon as an invoice has been paid.
